Each year, TBTF hosts a two day intensive Entrepreneur Boot Camp. The program, taught by veteran entrepreneurs and service providers with experience in helping early stage companies get off the ground, takes a group of new entrepreneurs through a rigorous program that covers everything from how to develop a business plan to finding the best approach for selling a product or service in the marketplace. The class hears advice from several distinguished experts dispensing the best legal, accounting, marketing, operations and management expertise, among other things. Special guest Jonathan Baer of Silicon Valley’s Threshold Ventures flies in to share with the group what it takes to get funded in today’s high-tech marketplace. More than 200 entrepreneurs have graduated from the program since its inception in 2002.
